The author of "Joker Cards" makes a will: games can never be used for gambling

LocalThunk recently made it clear in a new post on X that "Joker Card" ownership will not support real-world gambling. He hates the idea of "Joker Card" becoming a real gambling game, so in his recent will, he specifically stipulated that "Joker Card" IP can never be sold or licensed to any gambling company or casino.
Given the popularity of Joker Cards, it wouldn't be too surprising to hear that a gambling company offered LocalThunk a large sum of money to license the game. However, LocalThunk was not interested, and he didn't want the companies to think they could license the game after his death.
